As soon as a team is built or restructured, its success depends on the communications aptitudes and on its efficiency for solving conflicts.  In team work or in any inter0dependence situation (management, team projects, negotiation, sales, customer's service...) you have to know how to take your place.  You also have to know how to influence efficiently whist being sensitive to the interest, humour and the others concerns, in both friendly and aggressive relations.
